Hot & Spicy sauce that gives a definite kick

Ingredients
- Chicken Breast (800g - 4 large breasts)
- Dry rub (recipe can be found)
- 60g Chilli Jam (1/4 cup)
- 20g Butter
- 60g Honey (1/4 cup)
- 120g Hot Sauce (1/2 cup)
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Step 1
- Slice chicken into strips and pat dry
- Step 2
- Coat chicken with dry rub and shake off excess
- Step 3
- Heat pan with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and fry gently until cooked
- Step 4
- Mix sauce ingredients in pan and gently warm.
- Step 5
- Dunk each section of chicken in sauce, or drizzle sauce over chicken, depending on how much heat you want
- Step 6
- Decorate with sesame seeds
