Tastes great on chips, jackets and smashed new potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons onion salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Step 1
- Just mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Variations
- Add half a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper to create a hot version.
- If you don’t have any onion salt but you do have onion powder or granules then use 50/50 powder and fine salt.
- Fee free to substitute herbs to taste as long as you keep the volumes the same.
How to Use
Sprinkle liberally over chips then shake in a large bowl.
