Serving Suggestions
This BBQ sauce is perfect for beef dishes, especially brisket, beef rib and burgers because it’s peppery and not particularly sweet. It can be used as a basting sauce toward the end of the cooking time of your meat or brushed on after barbecuing, with additional sauce served on the side.
Variations
It’s easy to spice this BBQ sauce up by adding half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, or grinding up some dried chillis like Chipotle.
